    Save yourself the money. Give yourself self-therapy by getting enraged at the negative voice in your head and silently shouting at it that it's wrong and to go away. You do this a few times and the voice goes silent and begins to fade from your life. You are your best therapist and you don't need drugs. This is coming from experience and getting as low as you can get and coming back out of it. Visualizing putting bad memories in a locked box and throwing away they key also helps. Just takes practice.

    I wonder, during a coma. If you're constantly dreaming, but can't wake up. Imagine you're experiencing a nightmare, but can't wake up to escape, terrifying. Like being plugged into the Matrix, except you're indefinitely there. Perhaps you need to find the key to the door to win the dream challenge. 😮

    this phenomenon turned out to be stunning news only because the people who undertook to study it essentially have no profession and no education... but for some reason they are called scientists)) If you ask a realist artist, an illustrator and a symbolist artist what imagination and fantasy are, they will give different and most likely diametrically opposed answers. and only for scientific psychologists there will be one answer - for them there is no difference between visual creativity and visual memory - they simply do not understand it... and that is why they cannot answer how exactly people see objects of imagination - is it a real picture or is not nothing? they cannot even answer whether there is a difference in imagination with open eyes and closed ones.

    Each time a friend changes their hair cut, I get extremely irritated, mad and sad cause it changes my FULL perspective of them, I majorly recognize people by their hair. Two of my friends (one being an ex-friend) DRASTICALLY changed their hair cut, my ex-friend had curled them when for the whole previous year they had been straight, and got extremely mad at me when I didn’t give her a compliment when she asked me what I thought about it and actually said “Well… It’s alright, but I think you hair looks really nice when it’s natural and straight!” And the second time was when a friend went from hair long to the lower part of her back and cut it to her shoulders. She called me (face time) and I was so angry inside when I saw it, and went “Oh, you changed your haircut?” With zero emotions and she proudly said “Yes! Do you like it?” I skipped the subject and talked about something else, it’s been HALF A YEAR and I still can’t get used to it

    Kind of reminds me of domestic violence or narcissistic abuse, cognitive dissonance. I would assume a wound from childhood from the victims. They are probably used to the terror and the next phase in the cycle is to get their abuser to love them again… It’s trying to see the good in others. Trying to humanize or rationalize the utter horror in reality.

  • @tonynunez6539
    @tonynunez6539 2 дні тому

    ADHD is hard wired. Narcolepsy and sleep APNEA are two other conditions that can be treated with appropriate medication. ADHD does not cause sleep issues. They are two totally different conditions. Covid and contaminated water can cause other problems or make them worse. ADHD should not be confused with other neurological problems.

    The study wasn't a good one. Who drinks that little? The study seems to have included a collection of the general population. This study would have been far more useful if the participants were all creative types like artists, poets, and musicians. I drink because I'm able to write better music when I do. I also am able to learn new pieces of music faster. My practice time is more fruitful when I'm drunk. Interestingly, I play Bass better drunk, but piano, worse.

When I brought it up to my mom she realized she also has some amount of aphantasia.. and now my whole family minus my dad has figured out we don’t have “minds eyes” haha for a little bit it actually really sucked to know.
